Iron paniyarakuthi

A miniature real iron paniyara kui (paniyarakuthi) is a small-sized, fully functional version of the traditional cast-iron pan used to make paniyaram — a South Indian snack made from fermented rice and dal batter.
Made of heavy iron, it has multiple rounded cavities that distribute heat evenly, producing crisp outside and soft inside paniyarams.
